WELCOME / WARM-UP
Hey everyone! I am glad we have some time together and get to learn some important things together.
First, I am going to ask a question. If you could eat any food anytime you wanted, what would it be? (Allow everyone to share, but don’t push for responses).
You know, I like some of those too! (Leader, share your favorite food).
As much fun as it is to eat those things, they are not all good for us, are they? Some may taste good, but some are better fuel for us. More on fuel starting next week. Let’s pray before we keep going.

WORKOUT
Our theme is 24/7. Does anyone know what that means? (See if anyone can guess)
So, there are 24 hours in one day, and 7 days in one week. 24/7 is a way of saying “all the time”.
What are some things have to do every day? (Get some answers if possible)
We just talked about food. We need to eat every day. We need to sleep every day, right? You know, we should even brush our teeth every day.
Think about this, guys. If we don’t eat or sleep or even brush our teeth, it could make us sick and would make playing sports harder.
There are some things we should do to grow in faith. We should talk to God every day too and read in our Bibles. That would teach us about Him.
But we cannot keep moving all the time. Sometimes we need to refuel, almost like changing our batteries. In the next few weeks, we will talk about that more.
