Zig Zag with Crossover 50%

Set Up: Two lines of cones setup in a zig-zap pattern moving up the court.   There should be several yards in between each cone.  Players will line up on opposite sides of cones.  Lines should be as even as possible.

Movement: Players take turns dribbling in and out of cones in a zig-zag formation.  Each player should use their outside hand as the dribble hand as they move around the cone, then crossover to the other hand as they approach the next cone.

Key Focus Point: Players have good control of the dribble using both hands.  As players pass a cone, they should crossover seamlessly to the other hand.   Begin slow and eventually move to a half-speed pace.
