Setup- You will need a tee and a batting cage or hitting net.
Movement- The hitter will go through a progression. First, he will start in an athletic stance with the knees slightly bend, as well as a slight bend at the waist. Then, he will place his hands in the back shoulder region, keeping them close to his body. After this, the hitter will establish some sort of load, to create movement before the swing. Then, the hitter will take a full swing.
Key Focus Points- Make sure the hitter has an athletic stance. Before taking a full swing, make sure the hitter has some method to load and create motion. This will allow for rhythm and the ability for the hitter to maximize power output.
