Set Up: Two or three lines of cones. Players will line up on opposite sides of cones. Lines should be as even as possible.
Movement: Players take turns dribbling from one end of the cones to the other. Balls stay in one hand only. Pass to teammate when at the end of the line. Move at a slow walk at first. After multiple reps over the season, begin to pick up the pace to a jog.
Key Focus Point: Low and controlled dribbles while moving forward.
