Set Up: Two or three lines of cones spaced up the court about 8 yards apart. Players will line up on opposite sides of cones. Lines should be as even as possible.
Movement: Players speed dribble up the court. As they reach a cone, they stutter step (while maintaining the dribble) and burst forward into the speed dribble again. This continues up the entire court.
Key Focus Point: Players should push the ball out in front of them as they dribble. The stutter should stop forward movement for a moment before bursting forward again. Maintain dribble. Be in control. Keep head up.
