Snake Dribbling

Set Up: Two or three lines of cones.  Players will line up on opposite sides of cones.  Lines should be as even as possible.

Movement: Players take turns dribbling in and out of cones in their line from one end of the cones to the other.  Balls stay in one hand only.  Pass to teammate when reaching the end of the line.  Players should begin walking slowly, then, picking up the pace after many reps over the season.  Also, players can begin switching hands at each cone once comfortable.

Key Focus Point: Low and controlled dribbles while moving forward and changing directions.
