Setup- You will need to fielders to partner up for this drill.
Movement- One fielder will start facing the other with no glove on. He will be rolled a ball to his side and he will shuffle to go field it and then shuffle back. This same motion will be repeated on the other side as he shuffles to go field that ball. The fielder can go back and forth as many times as necessary.
Key Focus Points- The focus is for the fielder to be able to move his feet well and stay low in his legs as he moves from side to side.
