One and Two Dribble Pull Ups

Set up: All players form a line at the top of the key with a basketballs.

Movement: Players will begin in triple threat and can either jab step and then dribble or rip and dribble either direction. Start with taking two dribbles from triple threat followed by a jump shot. As players skill progress move to only one dribble. When players dribble to the right they should be stopping left right with their feet, and when they move left they should be stopping right left with their feet.
