Setup- You will need an area of space for athletes to warm up.
Movement- Dynamic Exercises are:
- Knee Hugs
- Side Shuffle
- Back Pedal
- Lunge with Twist
- Sprints
- Little Arm Circles
- Big Arm Circles
Key Focus Points- Make sure that the athletes do these exercises prior to any baseball activity. Also, to maximize performance, make sure that the athletes do these exercises with attention to detail, doing the stretches properly.
