Setup- Fielders will be on one or both knees for this drill.
Movement- The coach will throw the ball to bounce in front of the fielder. The fielder will then field the ball without getting up onto their feet. You can do this with multiple or just one single fielder.
Key Focus Points- The purpose of this drill is to work on recognizing the bounce that the ball takes and being able to adjust to field it cleanly without moving your feet.
