Set up: One player on each side of the rim, standing right under or close to backboard.
Movement: Players will perform for 30 second intervals at a time before switching or resting. On whistle or start each player will jump continuously as high as they can. As soon as player hits the floor they should be trying to jump again. When they jump players will try to reach as high as they can following the order or Right Hand Only, Left Hand Only, and Both Hands. Every three jumps with the correct order counts as one complete rep for that player. Count complete sets and make it competitive between players.
Key Focus Points: Building quick twitch muscles, repetitive jumping to simulate game action, use both hands and single hands to gain comfort level with rebounding using repetitive jumping. Within team Competition.
