4 Around 1

Set up: 4 Players stand on the perimeter of the half court with one post player just outside the lane.  The ball will begin with one of the outside players.

Movement: The post player can will mirror the ball by moving from one side of the lane to the other.  The 4 perimeter players can dribble exchange or pass and cut to an open area around the floor.  Best practice for perimeter players is to pass and switch spots with another outside player.  Add defenders to loosely play spots to assist with offensive movements and finding open areas.

Key Focus Points: Emphasis on spacing and good passing.
