Set up cones in a straight line with 3 yds spacing. Players will be in a single file line at the first cone.
Players will run to the first cone and, while facing forward, chop feet in a 360 around the cone. Then accelerate to the next cone and repeat.
KEY FOCUS POINTS
- Players should stay low (in sprint position) with hips dropped through the drill.
- Keep head up and looking forward.
- Keep arms pumping as feet are chopping.
- Quick feel as they chop around the cone.
