Setup- You will only need three baseballs for this drill. Potentially cones to run to if you feel that is necessary.
Movement- The fielder will start running diagonally and the coach will hit him in stride. After he catches the ball, he will turn the other way and run diagonally and catch another ball in stride. Then after he catches that ball, the fielder will turn again in the other direction to catch the last ball in stride.
Key Focus Points- The focus of this drill is to work on catching balls at full speed while your head is bouncing. Additionally, it is a drill that helps fielders track the ball while on the move.
